spent today with my lovely grandmother. 

took her to her physical therapy session, then decided to treat her to crepes cause she sweet like dat. 

i also took her thrifting because she said she likes how i dress, (which basically further exemplifies the fact that i dress like a grandma), and she enjoyed that. 

except she didn’t exactly know how not to express her opinions vocally. like how all the people working at the cashiers looked like, and i quote, “drrraaaaaaagg addiks”. haha.

then we got home and decided to go on a walk cause the weather was still nice.

every time i spend time with her, i’m reminded why it’s so important for me to move back home to sudan this december. i really need to cherish whatever time i have left with them, my grandparents, and make sure it’s real quality time. hate thinking about it but it’s true.

ahh, all in all, day well spent.
